Building Home House Insurance Who Provides No-inspection Home Owners Insurance?

Who provides no-inspection home owners insurance? - building home house insurance

My house is really a shell, but we have conditionally approved for a credit line to the house repairs. We need the insurance, but if we continue to work with local insurers refused because of the condition of the house. It was built in 1897th Are there any reputable providers who do on-line insurance inspections before approval? If so, recommend some.

  1. Find an insurance agent. I took possession of a house that once with a deed in lieu of foreclosure, with the tax return was empty and that was pretty devastated. Even before the adoption of property, I met a local agent, I guarantee a fire insurance (policy of 3 months) to the house and to protect the investment I made. There was no control and nothing was not so big deal.

  2. While you will be asked some questions, what is the house in relation to services may be, need not send a representative Kemper, either visually or physically. However, you should call and report the renovations, improvements, additions, etc., because it rises later, your insurance coverage.
