Lived in NJ worked in NYC for 4 months in '07 then moved to CA. NY W2 lists entire year's income. How to file? - w2 ny disabi
Our counter is to say that there is no way out of the income actually received, while physically working in New York, unless, as listed in W2. The company says it has successfully delivered on W2 (List total income in box 16 and nothing for local salaries in the table 18). NY Sun said that we owe the taxes on that amount. We present taxes and fees NJ CA. How are we to the list of recordings to our NY tax form? Please help! Thank you!

They present the residents of the State of New York as a part-time. is simple. You pay NY / NJ (which is a different question for which you need both) in the form of taxes to 4/12th of his salary for the year, and is 8/12th of your payment to the CA.
ReplyDeleteJust make sure that the correct form. I did. A pain in the butt, but not so big thing
So, how is that your employer has not been issued, W-2 shows the income gap between California and Income New York? After you move, the list should have been carried out.
ReplyDeleteNew York is on for the claim that it move not known or that their income was still NY.
