Why is white bread so much cheaper than high-fibre bread? - is white rye flour bad
Here in New Zealand is cheaper, white bread, bread made from refined flour. It is also less nutritious, so that now the price of bread increases rapidly due to the drought in Australia, among other reasons, the poor are forced to eat this junk food. The last time I was in Europe, the fiber bread and rye bread were cheaper than white. The only reason that has exceeded the snobbery, ate the lower classes, what they are bad. Why was reversed on this side of the world?
